Youth Education ยป Kol Shabbat Program
Our Weekday Learning Program continues on Shabbat. Our Kol Shabbat program involves both the students from the After School Program and the students enrolled in Jewish Day School. The morning begins with classes on Torah, prayers and more. Classes and prayer are led by the Rabbis, teachers and teen Madrichim. Each week, Madrichim meet during Palo Alto Hebrew High School to plan Shabbat lessons. On Shabbat mornings, Madrichim lead a class for third and fourth graders where they tutor the students one on one in Hebrew and prayers. This is followed by our energetic Shabbat Youth Services, where students who have worked with the Madrichim have a chance to lead. Parents are invited and encouraged to attend Shabbat Youth Services with their children.
